The days are getting shorter and 2021 is coming to a close. We created this FREE & FUN 30-day challenge to help provide some motivation and accountability so you can finish your year strong.
Whether you’re an academic research with 50 peer-reviewed publications or a student dipping your toe into your first review article, we’re here to support your efforts!
In a private Facebook group, Drs. Giselle Aerni and Jenny Hunnicutt will provide weekly coaching and teaching on mindset and writing tips. We’ll prompt you to post your daily goals and accomplishments throughout the 30-day challenge to help you reach your goals. This is a FREE challenge! It’s for fun, it’s for encouragement, it’s for a little support and accountability to help you get after your end of year goals.
Do you have to have a double-blinded randomized controlled trial ready to write up this second in order to participate in the challenge? Hells no!
Maybe you have a lit search you need to get started on. Maybe you’re in the middle of a grant proposal that is taking forever and you need a little accountability to get it done. Maybe you’re starting a new sports medicine blog and would benefit from daily encouragement to help you make some real progress. Maybe you don’t have a scholarly project you’re working on right now, but you’d like to use this opportunity to brainstorm what you could do.
Are you feeling this?
The skies the limit!
This is a 30-day accountability challenge.
You set your goal!
You set your daily work. It could be to write 500 words, or it could be to read 2 articles, or it could be to spend 30 minutes per day brainstorming your future academic career, or it could be that you want to network with other researchers in your field so every day you’re going to reach out to a new researcher about one of their articles you just read.
Seriously, it could be anything!
We’re focusing the work on academic writing and scholarly activity, but the weekly mindset teaching would be applicable to ANYONE in ANY situation. And the daily Facebook accountability posts, are a way for you to commit to your goals and check back in when you’re done to build that accountability in a community of awesome people getting after their goals and supporting and encouraging one another.
