13. Developing Diversity with Professor NiCole Keith

NiCole Keith, PhD, is a full Professor and the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs at Indiana University School of Health and Human Sciences.  Her research surrounds positively influencing health outcomes through physical activity and fitness while addressing health equity.  

Currently, Dr. Keith is President of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).  She is also on the advisory board for both ACSM Exercise is Medicine and American Fitness Index.

NiCole attended Howard University for undergrad, followed by earning her Master’s in Exercise Science at the University of Rhode Island and her PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Connecticut. Later, she took on another Master’s degree in Clinical Research from Indiana University.
