34. Find Time for Self-Care with Sport Nutritionist Jenn Giles

Jenn Giles, RD is the owner and founder of the sport nutrition business, Eat 4 Sport. She provides clinical care working individually with athletes of all levels and abilities on fueling for their sport performance goals. 

Additionally, Jenn does consulting work in corporate wellness, clinical hospitals, and community fitness. She also does industry consulting working with the likes of NutriBullet, Kind Bars, and UCan. 

Jenn is an author and freelance writer and she recently began teaching sport nutrition as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. 

In whatever free time she has left, Jenn is a Team Rev3 Sponsored Triathlete and marathoner. And she’s also mom to four young athletes.
