Celebrating Your Achievements Instead of Dwelling on the To-Do List
It’s the second Tuesday of the month so I’m taking a deep dive into celebrating your achievements instead of dwelling on the to-do list. Have you been hearing about the gap and the gain? We’re essentially diving into that this week!
(Welcome to this series! On the second Tuesday of the month, I take a deeper dive into a topic that comes up in the Madam Athlete podcast interviews or in my course, the Women’s Career Transformation Academy. The goal is to provide a little extra knowledge and empowerment beyond the inspirational interviews of my amazing guests’ unique career journeys. Enjoy!)
Inside This Episode
I’m proposing a way for you to end your year strong, feeling good about yourself and your career, so you can look forward to 2023 with confidence.
And here’s the thing, here’s the suggestion…
I’m offering that you will be happier and feel better and boost your confidence, by celebrating your achievements instead of dwelling on the to-do list.
In this episode I talk about:
- the overwhelm that comes with never-ending to-do lists of adulthood.
- how our training to be high achievers contributes to this perfectionism and anxiety of never getting enough done (or maybe never being enough).
- how to shift your mindset from unhappy, overwhelmed, and unmotivated, to happy, excited, and confident.
- taking this mindset shift of being proud of all that you’ve accomplished as motivation to tackle your big goals.
So that’s my wish for you. As we’re finishing out the year, my wish is for you to celebrate your achievements and celebrate your badassery and finish out the year with some good energy and self-confidence.
