Sports medicine physician Carly Day, MD is the head team physician for Purdue University. She is also currently the team physician for the US U-20 women’s national soccer team and is a member of the board of directors for the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
Prior to Purdue, Carly was head primary care physician at Notre Dame College in South Euclid, OH and had an appointment at Cleveland Clinic.
