Recently Caroline started a podcast with Daniel Kirkham called Dkirks and Doty, where they talk about learning, personal growth, and sports. It’s brand new so check it out and then help another awesome woman podcaster by leaving her a rating and review!
We talk about:
- Her love of setting goals, including the time she moved across the country with only one contact and a spare room to crash for her goal of getting a job at Nike
- The importance of building a spiderwebbed network while also maintaining a close inner circle
- The power and challenges of identity
